Shopping for prints on our site.
We offer thousands of prints online. We've added some features to
make it easier for you to find what you're looking for.
There are 2 ways to find and buy what you're looking for on our site.
1: The Catalog. Here you can find items
by category. You'll first see the main categories. Clicking any category
will show a listing of all available items in that category with a small
thumbnail image. Clicking the thumbnail image will show a larger version
of the item along with specific ordering information for that particular
image.
2: The search feature. On top of every page is a 'search' box.
Type in the name of an item, or an 'image number' if you already know
which item you want, and a list of matching items will be displayed. For
example: to find a print from 'Alsace' Germany type the word 'Alsace' in
the box at the top of the page and click 'Search'. Up to 75 results for your
search will appear.
Once you've found what you're looking for you'll see we have several options
for each particular print such as size and media quality. Clicking the
'?' next to any item marked 'Buy Now' shows the description
page explaining the media. Clicking 'Buy Now' next to an item's
price will add that item to your cart.
You can view your cart at any time during your visit by clicking the
'Cart' link on top of every page.
Once you've added all your selections to your cart you're ready to 'check
out'. Our site is protected with a 128 bit SSL key for protection
of your private information. Click the 'Secure Checkout' link
which is viewable from cart. Or, if you prefer, call our toll free
phone number listing on the cart page.
POLICIES:
We aim to please. Most issues and concerns are addressed quickly and easily
via email or phone. Our customers are important. Keeping that in mind we
do have some guidelines to follow.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via regular USPS first class mail within 48 hours
of ordering excluding holidays, weekends, and natural disasters - we're in
hurricane country!
Typically most items will be in your hands within 7 business days or
less.
Orders over $70 are shipped UPS signature required.
If you'd like expedited shipping you MUST ORDER BY PHONE so
we can confirm all order details and inform you of exact shipment dates and
times.
Retail Orders:
This includes customers purchasing 3 or less items for personal non-commercial
use. Policies pertaining to retail orders are listed on this page.
Commercial Orders:
These include prints purchases for resale, interior design, framers,
display at business location, and other commercial non-personal usage
situations. Items sold to commercial entities are not covered by our
retail policies on this page. We do not accept returns or provide refunds
for commercial or wholesale orders.
All prints produced by KJA Consulting are custom made. All large orders
must be preceded with the shipment of a single item for approval. Upon approval
the balance of larger orders will be shipped. Potential retailers should
first purchase one print to examine, then order more once you're completely
satisfied - remember all items are 'made to order' and we want you to have
the best possible prints for your application.
Having a knowledge of our product will ensure you are able to provide
your customer with the best possible product and allow us to process your
order timely and professionally. We expect all commercial customers to have
a proper knowledge of our product when representing our products to your
customers.
Commercial customers will be required to sign our commercial agreement
prior to order processing.
Purpose and Application:
While we do sell thousands of prints yearly to many repeat customers,
retailers, and shops we cannot anticipate your particular needs.
We calibrate and maintain all equipment for the best possible color matching
based on the image shown on this website. Computer CRT and LCD images will
appear slightly different on the actual poster.
The various media we offer will affect the end result. Where applicable
we make suggestions but ultimately this decision is up to the customer. We
suggest purchasing art locally when color, texture, lighting response, and
other artistic issues are of the utmost importance as there is no possible
way for our customers to preview the actual paper type or image without having
it in hand.
If you are purchasing a poster based on an exact and precise color scheme
keep in mind that many things can affect the perceived color such as computer
monitor adjustment, lighting, media (paper type), and translation. It is
suggested that such items be purchased from a local shop where you can accurately
compare tones, depth, and structure to your specific applications.
We do not guarantee a specific print will fit a specific application.
It's best to contact us prior to purchasing if these issues concern you.
Various issues such as weather can affect a prints longevity. All KJA
prints are intended for indoor use.
Return Policy:
Our 100% Money Back Guarantee:
ALL domestic retail orders of 3 or less prints can be returned
for any reason within 30 days of original purchase date for 100% refund.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in original sellable undamaged
condition.
Returned canvas items are subject to a 25% materials
and restocking fee.
No refunds will be offered for items returned to us damaged. Items damaged
in shipping will be replaced at our discretion.
Rush orders and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders of more than 3 prints are considered commercial and are
not eligible for return in whole or in part. Please see 'commercial'
orders above.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide return shipping.
All prints produced by KJA Consulting are custom made. If you are a first
time customer and are purchasing items to determine if these are appropriate
for your application please order only one as larger orders are not
eligible for refund.
International Orders:
Most International ( Non. U.S. ) Orders Are Delivered in 1-2 weeks.
There are, however, some exceptions you should be aware of.
International Orders ( Non U.S. ) are not eligible for refund or
return.
All International orders will be shipped with fully documented customs
tags.
Recipients may incur tariffs or other import charges above and
beyond normal shipping charges. These additional charges are the customers
responsibility. No items will be accepted for refund found to be tariff unpaid
or abandoned at customs.
International customers must provide addresses which are verifiable via
either FEDEX or USPS with matching credit card billing information.
Any lost International shipment must wait 60 days before any additional
action will occur including replacement.
Replacement items for International Orders that are lost or damaged will
ONLY be shipped to U.S. addresses - from that point the receiver can forward
to the International destination of your choice.
All actions at our discretion.
Late Payments:
All delinquent accounts will be assessed a minimum $25 late charge after
30 days from date of order for merchandise received.
Credit Card Orders: All orders will appear on your credit card bill
as a charge from:

Privacy:
All information collected on this site is used solely for the purpose
of doing business with our customers such as processing orders and contacting
customers with questions involving orders. Your information will not be shared
with or sold to any 3rd party interest. Phone numbers are collected
during the sales process for the purpose of contacting a customer directly
in response to a sales inquiry, when email communication is ineffective,
or the process of completing an order is a time sensitive matter. Email addresses
are used to send invoices and receipts and may be used for future marketing
by use or related third party.
