Here's the unrestored machine. The backglass is 99.999% perfect - doesn't happen often. The playfield has the typical tiny vertical splits in the wood. Most Bally's i've seen get this. It's not immediately noticeable unless you look close. The cabinet is in good shape except for a half dollar size chunk taken out near the right flipper. Looks like someone hit it with a hammer or something. I'll be getting to this project later this year.

Over the last month or so I've finally been able to strip, clean, rebulb, rerubber, and repair this machine. I've spent some extra time cleaning the coin door and polishing the shooter. This machine was typicall of in home neglect but overall cosmetic condition is excellent. No flaking to mention on the backglass. The playfield had telltale signs of not being cleaned for years but did clean up well.
I had to repair several issues such as stuck score reels, stuck steppers, a couple of fuse holders, and some multiping connectors but it was a typical restore. Time involved was perhaps 30 hours.
