This component runs on Windows 95,98,NT,2000. It supports the following languages - ASP ( active server pages ) , Visual Basic, and VBScript. Minimum System: Pentium 90 with 32 meg ram.

The demo version is fully functional. The demo will, however, return the phrase "khttp Trial Version" at random ( about 5% of the time ) instead of the url you are trying to connect to. The full version removes this nag feature and has free support and updates for registered users.

Installation:
Copy the file "khttp.dll" to any directory which has execute permission for the required user. Typically, this is IUSR_MACHINENAME. Most people just set permissions to "EVERYONE:RX" for the directory containing the dll.

From a command prompt, change to the directory the component was placed in and type: regsvr32 khttp.dll

To uninstall:
From a command prompt, change to the directory the component was placed in and type: regsvr32 khttp.dll /U
