6: Relaxing Beats

This CD contains 2 - 30 minute tracks of slow moving relaxing binaural beat tones. These tones are based in Delta and are intended to bring on deep relaxation. This is one of the few CDs in The Westbrook Series which has constant carrier and beat. The effect is very much like that of a hypnowheel or pendulum used by a hypnotist. We find this very useful at the end of a hectic day. A sort of 'Mental Massage' you might say.

Unlike other CDs produced by KJA Consulting, this CD is not intended for paranormal / spiritual use and is meant as a simple relaxation audio CD. We have reports of this CD being useful as a sleep aid and as a stress reducer.

Binaural Beats aim to affect different parts of the mind and body by producing inaudible frequencies which cause resonance in the target area. This resonance occurs when the wavelength of the beat frequency matches the dimensions of the target object. If you've ever noticed that certain musical notes seem louder on your car or home stereo then you've experienced resonance.

We strongly recommend pure sine waves as opposed to orchestrated tones such as synthesizers, ocean waves, talking, or any other tones which will produce undesirable harmonics and off target beating. Our CDs contain pure sine waves and a Diffusion Noise to aid Tinnitus sufferers and others who find pure sine waves to be slightly objectionable.

Each CD in this series attempts to address a specific issue as reported by various bio feedback , EEG, and Binaural Beat therapy users and manufacturers. This CD series is being released by request of our customers who are interested in beats other than our regular CDs and may or may not be suitable for all users and results will vary. As always, we request and appreciate feedback from our customers so we may improve future products.

Basic Usage Instructions:

Use your preferred method of relaxation - Deep Breathing, Yoga, Cathartic Dancing, etc. In an isolated environment spend a few minutes relaxing then begin listening to the tracks on this CD at a moderate volume. The goal is not to fall asleep, but to attain a state of conscious awareness. Binaural Beats help this. A positive mental attitude and a willingness to learn new ideas will help.

This is an audio CD and can be played in any Boombox, Stereo, Portable or other device which can play regular music CDs. You can also play this CD on any personal computer that can play music CDs. Headphones are not required.
