This cdrom is designed to enhance the remote viewing ability that all people possess.

Remote Viewing, or RV, is the inherent ability in everyone to obtain detailed interpretations of distant events, be they past, present, or future. The U.S. government used remote viewing during the cold war under the code names Sun Streak, Grill Flame, Center Lane, and the most famous, project Stargate. It is speculated that the use of RV is still in existence in our government, but we only know about the projects listed and a few others which have, as far as the American people are concerned, been discontinued.

Remote Viewing works when the viewer connects to the sub conscious and receives messages at a very obscure level. This has been likened to that of raw, out of sequence ethernet packets, that mean nothing until reassembled. In order to remote view effectively, the viewer must clear their mind of all thoughts. Like many Extrasensory activities, the sub conscious connections take place at the delta level. The problem is that at delta, we are asleep and can't interpret any data. This is why we attempt to communicate at the barely conscious level of theta. This level of mind is rather difficult to maintain because we rapidly descend to delta ( sleep ) from theta.
